Why Have an Inspection?

The inspector's service is primarily one of education, providing buyers and sellers with a better understanding of the physical condition of the home and giving them the knowledge to make smart decisions.

Inspections for Buyers and Sellers

Prelisting inspections for sellers can be beneficial. Prelisting inspections can identify areas of concern to be addressed before the sale and can assist in disclosure matters.

What to Expect

The inspector will examine the condition and structure of your home and point out observed safety concerns. You'll receive a detailed written report to describe the actual condition of the home at the time of the inspection.

During the Inspection

It's recommended that the buyer be present for the inspection. This allows the buyer to observe the inspector, ask questions directly, and obtain a better understanding of the condition of the home, and how its systems work.

Whole home inspections, systems checks, testing, safety analysis and more.
